Natalie completed a doctorate in clinical psychology, during which she specialised clinically in trauma and focused her academic research on treatments for personality disorder. She has worked in the field of mental health for ten years within NHS, private and third sector services. Natalie has a keen interest in social justice and community psychology. She worked in-house in a large central London homeless hostel supporting the implementation of a Psychologically Informed Environment. In addition to direct clinical work, Natalie has built a skillset in service development and organisational training. She currently focuses on facilitating reflective practice for and delivering training to teams working with vulnerable and marginalised clients.
